A small workshop in Dhaka that engraves metal properly, one piece at a time.
ঢাকার একটি ছোট ওয়ার্কশপ — প্রতিটি পণ্য হাতে তৈরি।
Our Story
MetalCraft began in 2019 with a single fibre laser, a table in Mirpur, and an order for one keychain with a phone number on it. The customer had lost their keys twice that year and wanted them findable.
That is still the shape of most of what we do. Someone wants a name, a date, a number or a short line of text to exist on something that will not fade, tear or wash out. Paper does not survive a pocket. Metal does.
Today we run four machines and ship across Bangladesh, but the job has not changed: get the text right, cut it cleanly, and put it in a box worth opening.

A gift with someone’s name on it stops being a product. That is the whole job.
MetalCraft workshop, Dhaka
How It Works
Four steps, and you approve the work before a machine touches anything.
Pick a design and type it, or message it to us — Bangla, English or numerals.
The live preview shows the exact layout as you type, so you know what you are getting before you order.
Fibre laser on 316-grade steel, brass or black steel. The mark is in the metal, not printed on top.
Edges deburred by hand, polished, boxed with a care card, and handed to the courier.
What We Cut
Every product on the site comes in at least one of these.
The default for a reason — it does not rust, does not discolour, and survives a keyring for years.
Develops a soft patina over time. Best for gifts meant to look older than they are.
A darker, quieter finish. Engraving shows up as bright silver against the black.
What We Hold To
We never substitute a thinner sheet or a cheaper grade to hit a price. If it costs more, we say so.
The live preview shows your layout as you type. A typo caught on screen costs nothing; caught in metal it costs a remake.
Nothing here is mass produced. Each piece is set up, cut and checked as its own job.
Message us and a person replies — usually within a few hours during workshop hours.
Pick a design and type it out, or send us the idea and we’ll tell you whether it works in metal.
