The preview on the design page shows your text as you type, and we engrave exactly the text you give us — so check the spelling before you order. If something needs changing, message us on WhatsApp before your order goes into production.
Yes, as long as it has not gone into production yet — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once it is on the machine the material is committed, so changes after that need a new order.
One piece. There is no minimum, and no setup fee for a single item.
We do — name plates, ID cards and branded keychains for teams and events. For 25 pieces or more, message us with the quantity and artwork and we will quote a per-unit price.
Your name takes up to about 18 characters and the phone number up to about 20. The form stops you at the safe limit, so whatever fits in the box fits on the metal.
Yes. Bangla, English and numerals all engrave cleanly. Just type your name in Bangla on any design.
Yes, on keychains, ID cards and pet tags. Front and back each take their own line of text, and double-sided engraving does not cost extra.
An SVG is best because it scales without going fuzzy. Failing that, a PNG at 1000px or wider with a transparent or plain white background. Very detailed or low-contrast logos lose definition at keychain scale — we will message you on WhatsApp if yours will.
Yes, on the Photo Engraved Keychain. Photos become a high-contrast etch rather than a greyscale print, so faces with clear lighting work far better than busy group shots.
Two to three working days to produce after your order is confirmed, then delivery on top: 2–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh.
Delivery is ৳ 80 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 outside Dhaka.
Rush production inside 24 hours is sometimes possible depending on the queue. Message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.

If what arrived does not match what you ordered, or the piece is damaged in transit, send us a photo within 7 days and we remake and reship it free.
Wipe it with a dry cloth. Stainless steel and black steel need nothing else. Brass darkens slowly on purpose — if you prefer it bright, a little metal polish brings it back.
No. It is cut into the metal by a fibre laser, not printed on the surface, so there is no ink or coating to wear off.

Inside Dhaka, yes: pay the delivery charge in advance by bKash or Nagad and the rest to the courier. Outside Dhaka we ask for full advance payment because personalized items cannot be resold if an order is refused at the door.
Yes, an invoice goes out by email or WhatsApp with every order, and a printed copy is included in the box for corporate orders.
