We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh by courier. We do not ship outside Bangladesh yet.
How long it takes
- Made-to-order pieces: 2–3 working days to engrave after your order is confirmed, then delivery time on top.
- Ready-made items: packed the day your payment is confirmed and handed to the courier by the next working day.
- Bulk orders get their own date, agreed with you before we start.
Need it by a certain day? Message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Delivery times are counted in working days after the parcel is handed to the courier. Public holidays, strikes and bad weather can add a day or two.
Cash on delivery
Where cash on delivery is available, pay the delivery charge in advance by bKash or Nagad and the rest in cash to the courier. Everywhere else we ask for full payment in advance, because a personalised piece cannot be resold if it is refused.
Tracking your order
You can check your order any time on the Track Order page with your order number and phone number. Once it is with the courier we also send you the courier’s tracking number.
When the courier arrives
- Keep your phone on — the courier will call before coming.
- If you can, open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person. Photograph any damage and tell us within 7 days (see our Return & Refund Policy).
- If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the parcel comes back to us and a new delivery charge applies to send it again.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, call or WhatsApp us straight away — we can change it until the parcel is handed to the courier.
