These terms apply when you order from MetalCraft through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Personalised orders and your text
- For made-to-order pieces we engrave exactly the text and design you give us. The preview on each design’s page shows the layout as you type.
- Please check the spelling and spacing carefully before you place the order.
- You can change your text or design for free until your order goes into production — message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Prices
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include the engraving shown. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
- The total confirmed on your order page is the price you pay, even if our prices change afterwards.
- If a price on the site is obviously wrong because of a mistake, we will contact you before making anything. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
- We accept bKash and Nagad (Send Money), and cash on delivery in areas where it is offered — with the delivery charge paid in advance.
- Your order is confirmed once we have matched your transaction ID with our statement. If we cannot find the payment, we will ask you for the correct ID before going ahead.
- Never share your PIN or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be from MetalCraft.
Your text, logos and photos
- You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, photo or design you send us.
- We may refuse an order that is offensive, unlawful, or copies someone else’s trademark without permission. If we do, we refund what you paid in full.
- We are not responsible for spelling or content mistakes in the text you gave us.
How things look
Product photos and the design previews show the design as closely as a screen can. Real metal reflects light differently, brass darkens slowly over time, and engraving depth varies slightly between pieces. These are not defects.
Cancelling
- You can cancel a made-to-order piece any time before it goes into production, for a full refund.
- Once it is in production the metal is cut for you, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
- Ready-made items can be cancelled any time before they are handed to the courier.

Bulk and corporate orders
For 25 pieces or more we agree the price, artwork and delivery date with you in writing (email or WhatsApp). Those agreed details take priority over these terms where they differ.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong on our side, we will remake, replace or refund the item as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to settle any problem directly with you first.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
